Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at service@mlunaea.com.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items, such as final sale items, may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on our Site.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@mlunaea.com.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
